The name of the item

Type
The type of item

Material
The material of the item

S. #
The required stat level to use the item

Stat
What stat the S. # directs to

APR
The armor penetration value of the item

DamMod
What stat the item uses to determine damage modifiers

Hands
If it is one or two handed

Dual
If it can be dual wielded

Forbid
If the item forbids something and what it forbids

EN
Encumbrance value of the item

Range
How far ammo can be launched

Speed
If the item inherently sets speed at a certain value what that value is

S. Power
The spell power of the item

S. Crit
The spell critical chance of the item
