Activating this ability discharges blocked damage, firing a bolt of lightning dealing {{ctwd|100|130%}} shield damage as {{lightning}} to the first target, then projecting a bolt of lightning that arcs to {{cts|2|6|log}} other targets (round down) dealing {{lightning}} damage equal to the stored amount.

If at maximum charge, this also dazes for 2 turns and the shield strike is a guaranteed critical hit.
