Description		The eye on the hilt of this blade seems to glare at you, piercing your soul and mind. Tentacles surround the hilt, latching onto your hand.

(*) The mental effects are:

• Receptive Mind (reduces target's mental save by X, and increases target's mindpower by Y - this may not be a good effect if you're combating monsters that use mental effects!)
• Stunned by madness (reduces target's damage by 50%, mind resistance by 25%, movement speed by 50%, talent cooldown speed by 50%, and puts 4 random talents on cooldown)
• Malign (reduces all target's resistances by 10%)
• Agony
• Silence
• Brainlock

Note: Upon unequipping the weapon, player will be afflicted with Receptive Mind (15 turns) and Agony (5 turns, can Brainlock). Re-equipping the weapon will not dispel the affliction.
