This should probably be split up into at least melee and ranged, as that changes things quite a bit in the Tier 2 dungeons. For example I like to do maze first as melee as there is very little ranged in there, but an archmage tends to have a hard time with the enclosed space so forest is probably a better bet. Also, I personally would move Lumber jack Village to T1, Lake of Nur after Forest maze and Sandworm, and I do unknown tunnels as the first of T2. We should probably also have a level target column as well.
