Feedback represents using pain as a means of psionic grounding and it can be used to power feedback abilities.
Used by the Solipsist. Fifty percent of all damage taken from an outside source will increase your Feedback. Feedback decays at the rate of 10% or 1 per turn (which ever is greater).
