This template is used to show an item's darkness numbing effects. In lua file you will see, for example:
[DamageType.ITEM_DARKNESS_NUMBING] = resolvers.mbonus_material(9, 5)
Convert it to wiki format as
{{item darkness numbing|9|5}}
to produce the follwing text:
(5-14)% chance to reduce damage dealt by (1–35cSS:Mindpower + 5)%
