This template is used to show an item's lightning daze effects. In lua file you will see, for example:
[DamageType.ITEM_LIGHTNING_DAZE] = resolvers.mbonus_material(10, 4)
Convert it to wiki format as
{{item lightning daze|10|4}}
to produce the follwing text:
(4-14)% chance to daze
