The Iron Acorn is an item found in the Tranquil Meadow, a special zone available only to Cursed classes. Depending on the choices made within the zone, the Iron Acorn may transform from its basic form (Iron Acorn) to a good form (Iron Acorn) or an evil form (Cold Iron Acorn).
Note that the two "Iron Acorn" forms have different stats. Internally, they are different objects that have the same visible name.
