This should be the Cursed/Punishments 3rd talent Agony, judging from the description. Don't know enough wiki-fu to fix it.
There's a talent called "Cursed Ground" which is commented out in the punishments.lua file. That's probably where this came from. Maybe it will be reintroduced in a newer version of ToME. --Greycat (talk) 15:24, 17 June 2013 (UTC)
