Description This crown was worn by the Halfling king Roupar, who ruled over the Nargol lands in the age of Dusk.
Those were dark times, and the king enforced order and discipline under the harshest of terms.
Any who deviated were punished, any who disagreed were repressed, and many disappeared without a trace into his numerous prisons.
All must be loyal to the crown or suffer early.
When he died without heir the crown was lost and his kingdom fell into chaos.
