Walrog is a demon. He is included in the base game, and he can randomly appear in aquatic zones.

If Ashes of Urh'Rok is enabled, then the version of Walrog in the base game is replaced with a stronger version, and he is guaranteed to appear (unless he has already appeared) if you kill both Slasul and Ukllmswwik the Wise. In this case, he will immediately appear, and have a conversation with the player, before attacking. Killing him, as well as Kryl-Feijan and Shasshhiy'Kaish, is required to earn the achievement The Old Ones and unlock Doomelves.
