Description | A powerful staff sent in secret to Angolwen by the Shaloren,
to aid their fighting of the plagues following the Spellblaze. Its power is not to harm, but to heal and protect. |
You can change this staff's spellpower and spell crit chance values by using Command Staff. The "maximum" values 27/6 and 3/14 (power/crit respectively). [I found out about this with a Shalore Cultist of Entropy, so this feature might be tied to being a Shalore.]
