Talent granted: Block (2) Special on hit: If bleed damage per turn is greater than 5% of max life, attacks cleave. Special ability: All damage dealt by or to you (that is over 1% of max life) bleeds for an additional 20% of the damage as physical damage (ignores most status resistances). While you are bleeding, Heartrend's damage increases and it gains lifesteal. | ||||||

Notes
The bleed inflicted by the special ability is the effect Heartrended, a different effect than ordinary bleeds. This bleed is over 5 turns, so targets take 4% of the original damage per turn.
Heartrended bleeding does not trigger more Heartrended bleeding, but normal bleeding can trigger Heartrended bleeding.
Heartrended's damage is not affected by "Changes damage" increases/decreases.
The cleaving, increased damage and attack speed, and lifesteal only care about the Heartrended bleeding, not ordinary bleeding.
The cleaving is a radius-1 cone. It deals 50% of the original attack damage as Physical, but it will not hit the original target again. It doesn't make any more melee attacks.
I can't find the "over 1% of max life" check? Needs verification
The weapon damage increases by 2% for each percent of your max life you are bleeding for per turn.
The lifesteal is 1% for each percent of your max life you are bleeding for per turn.
Additionally, unmentioned, the attack speed increases by 5% for each percent of your max life you are bleeding for per turn.
