(Updated to current version (tome 1.7.4, embers 1.1.10). I don't know how to best represent the weapon damage increase because it doesn't use one of the standard scaling funcitons, but the previous number seemed to just be incorrect.)

Description Increases Physical Power by 30 and increases weapon damage by 34-76% (100*√(Talent Level/5)/1.5) when using steamguns.

When your bullets hit a target your instinctively reach out to the impact and use the kinetic force to project a mindstar attack doing 70–250%cTWD damage (guaranteed hit), if you wield one in the offhand.

This projection requires a pure mindstar; it will not work if extended into a psiblade.

Also activable for a shot that deals 90–190%cTWD weapon damage as Mind damage.

Note: The mindstar attack from this ability counts as a melee attack for bonuses applying to melee attacks.
