Cunning defines your character's ability to learn, think, and react. It allows you to learn many worldly abilities, and increases your mental capabilities and chance of critical hits. It also increases your damage with sling shots.
Gains per point:
Critical hit chance: 0.30% Mental save: 0.35 Mindpower: 0.40 Accuracy: 0.35 (only when using Psi combat) (*) Steampower: 1.00 (only when using Steam)
(*) Psi combat accuracy actually scales by 0.60, or more with Resonant Focus.
Someones summoning limit is equal to (Cunning / 10) rounded down, with a minimum of 1. Above 100 Cunning it is the square root of Cunning, rounded down instead.
Cunning modifies the effectiveness of many talents.
