Zone Information
You appear in the Unremarkable Cave immediately upon finishing Reknor and using the Orb of Many Ways.
You show up in the middle of a fight between an elf from Sunwall named Fillarel and an orc named Krogar. Killing Krogar and saving Fillarel will unlock the Anorithil class.
The rest of the cave is, as implied by the name, unremarkable. You can explore it for experience and a chance at loot, or you can use the Rod of Recall to teleport to the entrance.
