Headless Horseman is the boss of the Hallowed Fields. They are unique rank.
On death, the Hunt for the legendary Plumpkin! quest is completed, and a Plumpkin appears in the center of the zone, which reveals the exit portal out of the zone once it is picked up.
The achievement Catch that Plumpkin! can be obtained by killing them.
Will not drop the Rod of Recall.
