| Description | Increases Physical Power by 30 and increases weapon damage by 34-76% (100*√(Talent Level/5)/1.5) when using steamguns.
When your bullets hit a target your instinctively reach out to the impact and use the kinetic force to project a mindstar attack doing 70–250%cTWD damage (guaranteed hit), if you wield one in the offhand. This projection requires a pure mindstar; it will not work if extended into a psiblade. Also activable for a shot that deals 90–190%cTWD weapon damage as mind damage. Note: The mindstar attack from this ability counts as a melee attack for bonuses applying to melee attacks. | |
