Walk-through for Dwarven Solipsist

This is a complete walk-through for a Dwarven Solipsist, on Normal Roguelike mode, to assist players who would like to know how to win on roguelike with this character.
It is written by the user Jenx, and represents his playing style. There are many other ways to play a Dwarven Solipsist.
It is not a long-winded story-type guide, but a succint, tabular summary of each character level, with snippets of commentary on the key points as I see them.
It is designed for someone to imitate to a degree (obviously, gear will be different), particularly if (a) you've got no idea how to win with a solipsist or (b) you want a roguelike win to access Nightmare mode.
Obviously, I'm banking on not dying, and if I do, I'll just revise sections of the guide, as I'll keep the stat and talent progression much the same. So let's hope I don't die!!!!
Disclaimer: There are some spoilers in this walk-through. This is unavoidable, but they have been kept to a minimum.
