If you kill Shasshhiy'Kaish at full power (i.e. if you only kill 1 cultist to start the event, and let the rest sacrifice themselves), you will earn the Shasshhiy'Kaish achievement.
If Ashes of Urh'Rok is enabled, killing her, as well as Walrog and Kryl-Feijan, is required to earn the achievement The Old Ones and unlock Doomelves.
Drops
