You gain 2 new fears: The Haunted effect causes each existing or new fear effect that the target suffers from to inflict _[40]60^cTMD mind damage. The Tormented effect causes (4 + Raw Talent Level ^0.7) apparitions (maximum 9) to manifest and attack the target, inflicting _[40]60^cTMD mind damage each before disappearing. Fear effects improve with your Mindpower.
