Description Your hounds can now survive for up to 1–3cTS turns after their hit points are reduced below 1. While in this state they deal 50% less damage but are immune to additional damage.

Command Hounds: Blink will now regenerate your hounds for [10]50cTSpD:PM life per turn and increase their global speed by 20–50%cTL:80% for five turns.

Hounds below 1 life when this effect occurs will have the bonuses doubled. When you learn this talent, your hounds gain 15–50%cTL:100% stun, blind, confusion, and pin resistance.

The regeneration scales with your Spellpower.
