The damage increases with Spellpower.

Description Using demonic forces you create a link of pain from a source creature to a victim for 4–8cTS turns.

Each time the source creature takes damage, the victim takes 40–80%cTL:100% of the damage.

If the victim dies from the effect, you gain a burst of energy reducing all remaining cooldowns by 1.

Any time you damage this foe in melee while it bleeds, you get healed for 40 + [10]520cTSpD / 4 (this can only happen once per turn).

The healing power increases with your Spellpower.
