Description You smack your forehead against your enemy's head (or whatever sensitive part you can find), causing Physical damage.

The Physical damage is equal to (Str * Power Factor * Talent Factor / 1.5), where

Power Factor = 0.2 + 0.253 * √ ( Physical Power + 15 + 0.3 * Helm Value * √ Helm Quality )
Helm Value = gold value of helm, divided by 2 if non-metallic
Helm Quality = 1 if normal or lore, 2 if normal ego, 3 if greater ego, 4 if artifact
Talent Factor = 1 + 0.316 * √ ( Talent Level + Helm Material Level )

If the attack hits, the target is confused (25–45%cSL:50%,Dex effect) for 3.2–5.3cTS turns.

Damage done increases with the quality of your headgear, your Strength, and your physical damage bonuses.

Confusion power and chance increase with your Dexterity and Accuracy.
