You use those eyes to gaze upon a target area (radius 2), and creatures caught inside partially turn to stone, reducing their movement speed by 10–70%cTL:80% and making them brittle for 7 turns. Brittle targets have a 35% chance for any damage they take to be increased by 30–60%cTS. This cannot be saved against. | |
