Unaffected talents
List of talents that can attack with a shield but don't have their damage increased by Shield Expertise:
- All of Stone Warden's shield attack talents, because they use attackTarget instead of attackTargetWith (since they can attack with shields like normal weapons, thanks to Stoneshield)
- Any weapon attack talent when you have Stoneshield
- Meteor Slam (from Shasshhiy'Kaish's Demon Seed)
- Magnetism talents: Static Shock, Magnetic Field, Capacitor Discharge, Lightning Web
- Heavy Weapons talents: All of the optional shield strikes when using the Shockstaff's attack, plus Automated Defenses with a Boltgun
- Cursed and Wyrmic's weapon attack talents that say "This talent will also attack with your shield, if you have one equipped."
I think that's all of them, but maybe I missed some. I don't know which of these are intentionally unaffected (if any).
