| Description | When you use a shoot class talent to hit a creature affected by bloodstar an other shoot talent will have its current cooldown reduced by 1–5cTS turns.
The "shoot class talents" for this purpose are all of Psyshot's talents with "shot" in their names. These are Lucid Shot and all 4 talents in Psytech Gunnery. Psy Worm is not included, even though it shoots your steamgun. | |
