Exotic Weapon Master

Let your character to be an exotic weapon master:

  - Allows training of Exotic Weapon Mastery
  - Gives out more exotic weapons
  - The Library in Last Hope now sells exotic weapons

This addon "borrows" something from two existing addons:
  - grayswandir's More Exotic Weapons
    http://te4.org/games/addons/tome/more-exotic-weapons
  - Effigy's Unlock Exotic Mastery
    http://te4.org/games/addons/tome/unlock-exotic
