Fortress Butler Custom Tile

Modifies the chat dialog for the Fortress Shadow in the Sher'tul fortress, in particular the dialog stage for changing the Fortress Shadow's appearance, adding the option to choose any of the custom tiles available from the character creation dialog. Also papers over a bug in the existing male/female choices, so that the Fortress Shadow will continue to appear properly in the chat dialog with its appearance altered.

NOTE: This class requires access to donator tiles, and thus requires the player to have donator status (including via purchasing the game through Steam).
