Gem Bomb alteration
Alters Alchemists gem bombs, to make them more consistent with my interpretation of the intent.
- +% damage gems (eg. Agate, Ruby) now work while frost, acid, or lightning infusions are active.
- Shockwave bomb no longer has its damage increased by Fire Infusion
- Explosion Expert's description now shows the radius as (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), instead of (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), matching what happens.
