improved aoe talent targeting
Tweak the automatic targeting of aoe talent, so it will try affect most foes, and it may try not to hit player.
This works for beam/widebeam/cone/ball targeting.
调整技能释放时自动选择位置的逻辑，让它尽量打中更多的怪，并尝试避开自己。
这个只对射线/宽射线/锥形/球形指向技能有效。
