Tough Dumb AI
This addon improves the dumb ai, used by most regular npcs, and necrotic minions (!), in three ways:
1. Talents are used before regular melee attacks
2. Regen infusions/healings/conversion/reassemble are used only when health falls below 60%-80%, and they are always used in this situation
3. Archers only reload when out of ammo, so they shoot every turn !
4. Archers use shooting talent before regular shoot, such as pinning, crippling, blinding, etc
Makes many starting zones tougher (e.g. Escape from Reknor)
