Updates Wind Draconians to use a new damagetype which makes their talent behave differently. Now, in addition to knockback, if the enemy is slammed into a wall, a (large) damage modifier is applied. Wind breath does receive some decreased range in this to compensate. Additionally, while in ultimate form, the wind breath shifts from a cone, to a radial circle centered on self.
