Game | Tales of Maj'Eyal: Age of Ascendancy 1.5.10 |
Addons | Player AI 1.3.1Adds a keybind to activate the new player AI. Set to Alt+F1 by default. This description seems to vanish when I put too much text in it, so view the feature list and changelog on the steam version here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=523638132. Note for Developers: This addon superwrites Player:act(), so if your addon also touches Player:act() change the load order so that the Player AI addon loads last. Escorts Enhanced 1.2.3Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs: Items Vault 1.5.0Donators/Buyers bonus! Interact with the Worm 1.3.0Adds new talent Interact with the Worm, allowing Writhing Ones from the Forbidden Cults DLC using the Demented/Friend of the Worm talent tree to manipulate their worm that walks' equipment and talents (and name) in a more convenient manner similar to Alchemists' Interact with the Golem talent. Possessor Bonus Class 1.5.4Donators/Buyers bonus! The Auto Attack Key 1.3.1Auto attack key. Pressing a bindable key (default "x") causes the your character to take an automated combat action for 1 turn. Adjustable Talent/Stat/Generic/Category Point Multiplier 1.2.5Allows modification of gains for stats, resources, experience gain, category points, and prodigy points. If you would like to be able to modify other values post them in the comments. UPDATE: I've added the ability to modify stat and level maximums. I have also added the ability to customize which levels stats, talents, talent types, and prodigies are gained at. This allows for alternative leveling schemes such as gaining 2 class points on every even level and 2 generic points every odd level. For example, the max/milestone level could be set to 100, xp gain at 300, and all intervals doubled with alternating offsets for a faster early game, a slower late game, and increased potential for early game specialization. NOTE: All options are accessed after loading a character through the game options window under a new Levelup tab. They will only appear for characters created after the addon is enabled. UPDATE: I've added the ability to toggle unlearning of prodigies and stats. I've also reworked some of the internals to improve compatibility with future changes. Rare item Egos update 1.0.4This addon improves rare drops (Salmon colored items) by adding a single level appropriate ego to them. (They use the same methods as normal randarts.) This should make rare drops more useful on average (generally slightly better than normal egos) though still less powerful than full randarts. Files affected: mod.class.GameState.lua Tomes of Knowledge 1.2.4Do you dislike it, when your escortees die on harder difficulties at the zone in, without you being able to help them? Do you sometimes feel as if money was worth little to nothing in Maj'Eyal? If so, this addon might help you. The library of Last Hope now sells seven Tomes with on-use-rewards, that mirror those of seven escort-types. The library of Elvala sells two (very expensive) tomes, that lead to even greater rewards after using them. Fixed: talent types are now known, but not learned The lost city of Vulcus 1.2 1.2.0The Lost City of Vulcus Some events in history are of such importance and have such wide ranging ramifications that they become fixed points -- junctions in time that must and will happen in order to maintain the integrity of the chronoverse. Lost ages ago, Vulcus was considered by many to be the greatest center of Dwarven learning below the surface. Even up until the fall of Reknor in recent times, however, Dwarven innovation and breakthroughs continued, seemingly by miracle. Fate, however, dictates that one of the greatest untold secrets of the Empire cannot remain hidden forever. Perhaps you will be chosen to take part in this crucial point in history -- to reap the rewards or to suffer the consequences. This addon incorporates a new major event (like the drake cave or fearscape invasion portal) that has a chance to occur (possibly more than once) on each level in various zones (Infinite Dungeon, Spellblaze Scar, Ardhungol, High Peak, Reknor, Shadow Crypt). Within the game, this event is most like a combination of the Lost Merchant and Limmir quests, and is intended to replace those for characters in the I.D. Recommended level 10+ (depending on class). The intended difficulty is slightly higher than the Limmir quest, and there are gradations of success. Participating in the event when it spawns is completely optional and you can do it later if desired. This is possibly the most complex encounter in ToME, with a large number of NPCs, enhanced AI, and various terrain effects. It is compute heavy and will tax slower computers (even with reduced graphics settings). Immunity Adjusts Saves 1.4.9Tired of trying to play a rogue but finding your poisons and bleeds are completely ignored by most enemies in the game? Tired of investing countless talent points into fear-based talents, only to enter a dungeon full of fully immune undead? Tired of investing into taking advantage of stuns only to find the most dangerous foes can't be stunned? Tire no more! This addon converts most status immunities to instead multiply save values rather than giving a flat chance to ignore the effect. This means you'll be able to apply statuses to just about anyone, but immunities are still powerful as long as you also have the related saving throw stat. -Changes immunity of most status effects to instead multiply your saves against effects of that type rather than giving a flat chance to ignore the effect. -!Some talents grant a direct chance to ignore specific effects without using immunity stats, this addon will not change how those talents function. 100% Immunity is 2x saves This addon was specifically designed to ignore realism in favor of making the game more enjoyable for people who want to try specific builds without being shut down by specific enemy types, while still making immunity a valuable stat to hold both as the player or an enemy. More Generous Levels 1.5.10Is a lot more generous with talents, types and stat points for each level gained. Faster Adventurer Levelup 1.0.5Removes all the unwanted categories from the level up screen so it runs smoothly. Forbidden Cults 1.5.9Official Expansion! Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind. Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!
Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

WINNER!
Well done! You have won the Tales of Maj'Eyal: The Age of Ascendancy
The Sorcerers are dead, and the Orc Pride lies in ruins, thanks to your efforts.
You have prevented the portal to the Void from opening and thus stopped the Creator from bringing about the end of the world.
The orc presence in the Far East has greatly been diminished by the loss of their leaders and the destruction of the Sorcerers. The free people of the Sunwall will be able to prosper and thrive on this land.
Maj'Eyal will once more know peace. Most of its inhabitants will never know they even were on the verge of destruction, but then this is what being a true hero means: to do the right thing even though nobody will know about it.
You may continue playing and enjoy the rest of the world.
While you were in the Far East, the Grand Corruptor was busy in Maj'Eyal.
With the fall of Zigur he was able to attack and take control of Elvala, the Shaloren capital city.
His plans however do not stop there.
