Modifies the equipment/inventory dialog to optionally include equipment frames for the second weapon set, controlled by game option "UI | Show second weapon set in equipment dialog". Equipment can be wielded directly to the second weapon set by dragging it from the inventory list.

Also optionally lists wielded equipment in the second weapon set in the "Equipment" section of the character's online character sheet, controlled by game option "Online | Show second weapon set in character sheet".
