Offline Vault Problem Persists
Hello all. I have had the "offline vault" bug for a while. It started about a month ago, and has persisted. It seems to be a problem with the account, as even when I switch computers, I still cannot access my online vault: instead I get the offline vault message. Unfortunately, nobody in the community has been able to help me with their several different types of methods for problem solving. It is really frustrating knowing that I recently opened up some more vault slots with donations for the new expansion, but I am unable to obtain them--let alone access my current vault items. I've taken the problem to the forums before and it seems nobody can help me there either. Is it possible to get this permanently fixed? I really enjoy ToME, and making my vault available again would make it more enjoyable.
