Adds Draconians as playable race. This version of the addon is tweaked to allow Defiler classes. Attempting to fix for 1.7 by removing the dracolich function, as I'm not well enough versed in coding to make it compatible.

forked AGAIN in the absence of Aura and it becoming unplayable in 1.7.2 (glad to yank down ifthe original fork updates). These are ONLY 'make it playable' fixes, and not anything robust because this player likes dragons.

This is a fork of Ajfluffy's Draconians, which aims to fix the few bugs left in them, and possibly to complete the items left in his notes. It will attempt to remain as true as possible to his original vision, in the sincerest hopes that he will return and pick it back up from me.
