Adds the Prowler subclass, a hybrid Wilder that uses stealth and mobility to take down their foes. Uses a combination of standard Rogue and Wilder talents, four new Wild-Gift trees and two new Technique trees. Prowlers are wild-rogues that focus on agile melee combat with psiblades or daggers and use their strong will to augment their abilities and call nature to their bidding.

Adds the Deathknight class. See forum thread for details.

Description

This addon adds the Shaman as a playable class. Shamans are masters of elemental magic attacks, mindpower based summons, or good old fashioned melee weapons.

Shamans use both their weapon sets and are encouraged to switch during the battle to adapt to every situation.

They start with the Shaman's Path talent, a passive that gives them bonus adapted to their weapon sets of choice.

6 unique class trees (3 locked) :
- Elemental Magic and High Elemental Magic: Mana based spells with a cold and lightning thematic.
- Natural Warrior and Greater Natural Warrior: Stamina based 2h trees with a nature thematic.
- Spirits and Spirit Master: Equilibrium trees based on 2 permanent summons, a nature one and a cold one.

2 unique generic trees :
- Fetishes : Lasting AoE with animal thematics (blinding hawk, stunning bear, etc...).
- Totems : short duration summons with powerful buff/debuff AoE.

With the exception of 4 talents, Shaman talents can appear on NPC.

This is my first addon and first coding project, I can promise I tested this addon as best I could, but that does not mean it is without bugs. Please report any bugs you find and I will endeavor to fix them ;)

Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Stoics are warriors who dedicate their lives to mastering countless secret techniques.
Their wide variety of abilities allows them to fight their way out of any situation.
However, in order to fight at full effectiveness, they must first focus and steel themselves against the battle to come. Exceptionally skilled Stoics are said to infuse their attacks with elemental powers to create radical new fighting styles.

Stoics are a warrior subclass inspired by the Samurai class from Hengband. They are a melee class with a wide variety of specialized combat techniques, but require judicious use of their unique Focus resource to succeed. Their advanced trees allow them to alter the element of their attacks and grant passive effects as long as the stance is maintained.

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.

This pack compiles several classes, with an emphasis on hybrid design. Not all classes are complete: the ones which I'm not satisfied with are marked as either INCOMPLETE or "in BETA".

The classes included in this pack are:
- The Transcendent Fist is an unarmed Psionic warrior, using a gem in his TK slot to hit with flexible energy types.
- The Storm Warden is a melee-and-ranged skirmisher with magical mobility and support spells.
- The Striker is a cunning and covert class, with a focus on delivering shock-and-awe thunderbolts from stealth.
- The Gravitic Infantry is a melee-focused Chronomancy user (formerly named the Heavy).
- The Creep is a stalker in the dark, cunning and covert in his hate.
- The Vector uses disease and debilitation to keep his foes at range while he snipes them to death.
- The Flenser is a Defiler whose knives debilitate and torture his victims.
- The Blood Mage is a Vim-based caster with a mild dip into staff-melee combat.
- ... and more!

(BETA) Shield Hero is an Adventurer who starts with heavy armor and a shield. Not very exciting unless you were annoyed about not being able to equip your Adventurer's shield right away.
(BETA) Prototype Hero is an Adventurer who starts with 1.3 mastery in every category. Not very useful for players, but it might be interesting for addon writers to spitball new category combinations.

(INCOMPLETE) The Flux Marauder is a Paradox thug, stealing time from his enemies.

Basic bot designed to automate some of the tedium of starting a new character.
This bot will rest, explore, and use a very basic algorithm for engaging in combat.
You will need to configure the bot's talent usage from within the game (Shift + F2 -> Option a)

• Combat abilities will be used in DESCENDING priority order
• Sustain talents will be kept active at all times
• Damage prevention talents are used when "large" damage spikes are detected to the player.
• Recovery talents are used when the player is missing 25% life or more. (Threshold configurable from menu under [Skoobot] tab)

Hotkey defaults are as follows and can be configured in the options screen:

• Alt + F1 - Toggle bot
• Shift + F1 - Disable bot (I recommend holding this when the bot is active as its difficult to press it at a time when the bot will listen)
• Alt + F2 - Single Step bot - This has the bot perform a single action without fully engaging autopilot. Useful when you want to supervise the bot's behavior. Currently a bit buggy and may not run more than 25 times in a row.
• Shift + F2 - SkooBot Menu - Currently the only option is to configure talent usage as well as configure which stop conditions are active
• Alt + F3 - Query bot - This prompts the bot to declare the next action it would take, but should not perform any action.

This will probably not even get close to beating the game for you, and will frequently run into situations that it will not be able to act in.

The Dread Necromancer is a complete reimagining of Necromancer - while it shares many of the themes and names, and has a few talents retained, it's effectively an entirely new take on the class.
It still uses mana and souls, but souls behave quite differently. You can store up to 5, and regenerate and can retain up to 3 out of combat. Damage dealt by you and your minions grant soul fragments, and you gain a soul when you obtain a sufficient amount. Souls are used both to summon minions, and for your more powerful spells.
Depending on your categories chosen you can have powerful, temporary minions, weaker mass minions that last indefinitely in combat, or a single minion with customization options.

Adds the Nekomancer class. Nekomancers are summon-based mages that focus on debilitating their enemies while reinforcing their allies. They primarily deal physical and light damage. Uniquely, they do not use mana like other mage subclasses, relying souly on the soul resource. They use the soul resource in a much different way then Necromancer does, since they naturally regain one soul a turn. Combined with a relatively low soul maximum, they run completely counter to the standard ToME resources with tiny regeneration rates and huge maximums. Aside from the usual unlocked Combat Training and Survival, Nekomancer uses completely unique trees. It has 4 unlocked class trees, one locked class tree and two generic trees.

Adds the Gladiator, a warrior subclass. Gladiators are weapons experts and can wield one-handed weapons in either hand with ease, however they are also proficient with two-handed weapons and shields.
They learn many techniques for use with Axes, Maces, Swords and even more exotic weapons. Gladiators are able to quickly swap weapons and stack numerous detrimental effects on their foes, then finish them off with skills that grow more deadly the more devastated their enemies become.
Includes six new class trees and one new generic tree, allowing for a variety of builds. Will you wield maces and shields and wear your foes down while sheltered inside your armor or put defense aside, pick up a pair of waraxes and become The Axebutcher?

Adds the Illusionist and Arcane Trickster subclasses to Tales of Maj'Eyal. Both of these classes rely on subterfuge and deception to survive.
The Illusionist is a master of light and shadow who confuses foes to keep them at bay.
The Arcane Trickster is a rogue who specializes in disabling foes from a distance before closing in for the kill.
Both classes are a ton of fun to play!

Adds the undead abomination race.

Abominations are the hideous result of callous necromancers fusing several dead bodies or loose appendages into one single being. They can augment themselves by assimilating more body parts to their being, even in the heat of battle. Abominations may grow considerably in size after being created and while such extra size may benefit them, growing too large slows them down.

Their multitude of body parts makes them hardy and difficult to stun and their multitude of heads make their vision difficult to impair, however the vast amount of minds combined can make them more susceptible to confusion effects

They have access to special abomination talents, that improve as they grow in size and constitution.

Creates a setting under Game Options/Gameplay for selecting the
first escort that will spawn.

This is intended to allow players to make characters that rely on a certain
escort reward without having to reroll repeatedly or savescum to get what they
need, but not gain the advantage of selecting ALL the escorts to get the best
possible reward every time. With this addon, only the first escort to spawn
will be of the selected type; all others will be randomly selected.

An advantage of this over addons that allow selecting the escort type when it
spawns is that it is less likely to cause bugs. This addon does not create a
new in-game menu, but rather handles selection through the settings menu.
Escorts are generated using the standard quest code.

UPDATE 1.0.2: Fixed issue with escorts not appearing. Fix applies to new characters only.

ADDON DETAILS: Fork of kvaak's Uncloak of Inconvenience Addon, so only the faction gets changed to Allied Kingdoms, and the rest of the data (including starting inscriptions) is left unchanged. This enables Undead Tinkers in Maj'Eyal campaign to have the correct starting inscriptions.

There is now no Cloak of Deception, existing or needed. Use this instead of the Uncloak of Inconvenience addon.

Version 1.0.1 also makes sure that new undead characters are addressed as human by the NPCs that address you by race. With this addon active, all new characters that have the undead attribute will be addressed as human, even Whitehooves from Embers Races in Maj'Eyal Campaign addon: https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/orcsallraces

BASE GAME AND ADDON NOTE: I have discovered that because the check in the default 1.5.5 ToME game for Zigur patrols and betraying to Zigur doesn't check whether the player is undead, that Undead Tinkers start friendly to Zigur and can betray to Zigur until they get some spells or runes. However, the appearance of the Zigur town IS dependent on not being undead, so it is not possible to become anti-magic. Also, undead in Maj'Eyal campaign properly can't use infusions or nature powers, so that part is working as intended.

So this addon is fine, it's just that the base 1.5.5 game currently doesn't make Zigur hostile and betraying to Zigur impossible merely because you're undead (read: have arcane aura that can be detected by Zigur). It requires you to have spells or runes, which Undead non-tinkers have, but Undead Tinkers only have neutral Steamtech implants or generators.

To properly play an Undead Tinker in Maj'Eyal campaign (with or without addons, as this is the same even with only official game and DLC), I suggest that you do not betray to Zigur and don't use arcane disrupting gear (which should disrupt the normal actions of an undead, but doesn't currently in 1.5.5).

A 'ToME:load' HOOK applies the faction change for the undead player to Allied Kingdoms.

Adds the High Guard, a mage subclass. The High Guard is a melee fighter with mid-range spells who can wield any staff in one hand and favors shields in the offhand.
Primary stats are Magic and Strength. All talents are spells and use only mana. Attacks with both staff and shield, with nearly all attacks (save for bumps) dealing the damage type your staff is currently alinged to.

This addon is for all you Demonologists out there. Further modifies demon seed names in your inventory to include details about each seed's mods and stats.

No more manually tagging hundreds of seeds!

I don't do this LUA/addon stuff too often so please forgive any bugs. Currently, switching invenotry tabs for example will remove the details from the seed names. To fix it just close your inventory and open it again. 

This addon makes items description easier to read and determine on a glance it's usefulness
- sorts all stats by category - DPS/DEF/MISC
- item's passive power always the same blue color (not a random blue-yellow-pink-green)
- item's usable power - always yellow
- all rarity categories are displayed
- encumbrance value moved to the right under item name
- "on hit" powers always green
- "Stats" have an ornage highlight and placed before others because it's most important one
- Removed many extra-explain details, which any veteran player would not want to read each time
for example, stat "S.pwr/crit" shorten from "Spellpower on spell critical (stacks up to 3 times)"
means you do remember that it can stack only 3 times, and is not so super important anyway
- DLC supported - Orcs/Ashes
- few bug-fixes along the way

Most important thing to remember
- Requirements only shown for those you don't meet. If you want to see all reqs - hold CTRL
- "Phasing" stat means - "Damage Shield penetration", the name was taken from the source and looks good to me, and short enough
- The "-" minus sign at the end of stat mean immunity or reduction of some sort, for example "Blind-" = "Blindness immunity",
- "Max.summ" = Max wilder summons
- "Summ.HP.reg" = Life regen bonus (wilder-summons)
- "Def/telep" = Defense after a teleport
- "Res/telep" = Resist all after a teleport
- "Dur/telep" = New effects duration reduction after a teleport

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!
• The Godfeaster: Deep undergroud the ground shakes as ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• The Scourge Pits: On the south of the Iron Throne lays a fool pit of ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• Forbidden Tomes: Find special artifact books of ancient lore. But, read at your own peril, for the story they tell may very well suck you in... quite literally.
  Maybe you will even find The One That Writes...
• Occult Egress: A strange, extremely old, contraption of unknown origin. It seems to require some kind of code sequence to activate. Maybe you will find some during your adventures?
• The Entropic Void: So you think you are strong? Powerful? Invulnerable? In the end, entropy always wins, as you will learn...
