Overpowered Adventurer

Adapted from FLORENT_'s Improved Adventurer mod for personal use to test builds quickly, and to try uploading a mod. Basically just changed talent mastery levels from 1.0 to 1.3 and added more talent/class points. Makes the game too easy, so use at your own risk. First mod upload, likely buggy, all the disclaimers, and have not obtained permission for adaptation.
