New website theme!

Today I switched te4.org to the new theme, made a while ago by our good Shockbolt!

It's not finished, some stuff needs mor polish but the general idea is there!

Hmm... the picture up top sure is nice, but it's awfully big! The rest of the website barely has half my screen to be crammed into!

Fields "My Account" and "Logout" on the first line are completely truncated by the picture on the top part of the screen.
