Game | Tales of Maj'Eyal: Age of Ascendancy 1.7.3 |
Addons | Auto-Transmo Gems 1.7.0Adds a new game option "Auto-transmo gems", which will place gemsof the specified tier or lower into the transmogrification chest when initially picked up, as with other items. The option is ignored if you have any talents that consume gems, as a convenience to Alchemists. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Adventurous Arcane Combat 1.4.0Modifies Arcane Combat to function with all bolt/beam spells. Except Temporal Bolt. Possessor Bonus Class 1.7.3Donators/Buyers bonus! Undead Heritage 1.3.0Makes undead more powerful by allowing them to stack their original racial traits onto themselves. This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack! Ashes of Urh'Rok 1.7.3Official Expansion! Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. As the barrier between our worlds begins to crack under their scrutiny, helpless Eyalites have begun to disappear, whisked up to serve as their slaves and playthings. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?
Features:
Inventory Keys 1.7.0Some improvements to key handling in the inventory dialog and related dialogs used by the 'd'rop command and various item-using talents:
Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. ¹ Disclaimer: This functionality is actually already present in the main module, if the right subsection of the dialog is focused; we merely arrange for said subsection to have focus when the dialog is initially created and displayed, so that letter selection works without further user action. Sholtar 1.5.5Sholtar have no racial talents of their own; instead, the four slots can be used to learn talents from defeated enemies (of a high enough rank). In this manner, the Sholtar can improve nearly any class by adding abilities from other calsses, or even talents that are normally exclusive to NPCs. --- The Sholtar were once a great nation, with many vasts cities in the southeastern regions of Maj'Eyal. In spite of the harsh, dry terrain they inhabitied, or perhaps because of it, they were a people of great ingenuity and adaptability. The Cataclysm which tore the world apart centuries ago swept nearly all of the Sholtar lands into the murky depths, and all but erased their people from the face of Eyal. While very few survived, those who did fought for survival with all of the wit and grit that was their birthright. An already adaptable people grew to become even more adaptable through neccessity, and it has become their greatest strength. Sholtar are able to learn abilities by carefully studying others, and, regardless of their class, they can always improve by incorporating the talents of others into thier skill set. Embers of Rage 1.7.3Official Expansion! One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal. The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged... but one Pride remains. Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom. The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal. Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes. Features:
Improved Auto-explore and Rest 1.7.2Quality of Life improvements for resting and auto-exploring. v3.5.0 *** FOR ToME v1.6.5 *** It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them. Latest Update Notes: Existing Features: Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'. Available modes: • 'Always Viligant' always stops running when a hostile creature is seen via telepathy. • 'Original' is standard ToME auto-explore behavior, which ignores telepathy when running or auto-exploring. • Compatible with ToME v1.6.0 Notes: • Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. If in 'Always Viligant' mode and a hostile is within telepathic sight (but not normal sight), you will auto-explore in 1 square per keypress increments. Showing Items Tier in Inventory 1.7.2This addon add a column to inventory which show items Tier and allows sorting to show higher Tier first There is an option under "Game Setting"->UI->Sort Items by Tier by default items which is going to be transmo- and of type scroll (rune,infusion..), tinker or other without Tier specified will be placed at the top of the inventory to avoid occasional transmo of valuables This mod is safe to use without starting new game Embers With All Races 1.5.10Adds all races available in the Arena campaign to the Orcs campaign. You will still need to have a race unlocked in order to play it in the Orcs campaign. This should work for all DLC races and most addon races, assuming they are not implemented in an unusual way and their addon weight is lower than that of this addon (200000). Playable Vampire Race 1.3.0Adds Vampires as a playable race, as jack of all trades with access to necromantic trees. This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack! Items Vault 1.7.0Donators/Buyers bonus! DejaVu Font 1.6.0 Post Effects fixes 1.7.2The addon improves gamefield view during different post effects Here is details about what been changed: High Quality Sounds 1.7.2Replaces a selection of sounds with higher quality versions. First release focuses primarily on UI, Actions and Talents from the base game. Future releases will handle the DLC's, various creatures and minor adjustments to tone down some sounds that prove to be an annoyance. Content consists of only sound assets to try and have the highest possible compatibility with future patches. DISCLAMER: These are not sounds I personally created from scratch but where taken from various sources. I take no credit in the creation of these sounds, only the selecting, editing, converting and packaging all this as a mod. I do this just for fun and to enhance a game I love to play. If you are an original creator and is somehow not cool with this, please let me know and I will remove that material. Prodigious Progress 1.7.0Include information in certain prodigies' requirement descriptions about how much progress you've made thereto. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack. Item Vault Tweak 1.4.9No level/plot limits on the item vault. Warning: I have no idea how quests will react to vaulting key items. Customizable LevelUp 1.7.2Provides an in-game menu to customize what, if any, additional benefits your character gains when leveling up. You can access these settings by going to the SparkLevel tab in the Game Options. Changelog 1.0.1 - 2020-12-31 1.0.2 - 2021-01-02 1.0.3 - 2021-01-02 Inventory Sort Order 1.7.0Improves the default sort order of items in the player's inventory. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Faster Run/Rest/Explore 1.0.6Important: this addon will have no effect if left unconfigured! Please read the description! Recommended settings:hit escape -> video options
Description:Enables faster run/resting by use of FPS dividers. These dividers simply divide the game's requested FPS by their respective values while resting or running. After starting a new game or loading a saved character, configure this addon by hitting escape -> video options. Setting these dividers to something greater than one can substantially reduce the amount of time required to finish resting/running on older computers. Just be careful when resting on an escort mission... Changelog:See the forum discussion for the changelog. No more creaky door 1.2.5Got rid of the most anoying door creaks. Midnight 1.6.7Adds two new shadowy Celestial classes. Now with a new starting zone: Save the Sunwall crops from a worm infestation. Currently there are nine new categories. It also grants Sun and Glyphs to Sun Paladin at 1.3 mastery. No more ambient 1.0.0Removes all ambient sound effects excluding monster/enemy sound effects. Nekarcos's Quality of Life 07: Visible Size Categories 1.0.0This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
Forbidden Cults 1.7.3Official Expansion! Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind. Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!
Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.
