This addon shows inventory items in dark grey if they have a power source incompatible with your character.

Arcane items are greyed out for antimagic characters, and arcane disrupting items are greyed out for characters with arcane abilities. Never accidentally break your spells again!

Allows schematic-only artifacts from EoR to be learned AoA or Infinite Dungeon. Each one is unlocked randomly by defeating bosses (not elite bosses) above level 20.

Adds tinker, steamsaw, steamgun and schematic stores to Last Hope.

Modifies the Storming the City quest to change its reward item to a Rod of Dissipation, essentially identical in functionality to the original Rune of Dissipation but not requiring an inscription slot

Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Adds game options related to equipment curses and cursed auras from the Defiling Touch talent:

• "[ZOmnibus] | Show power of cursed auras", which modifies the buffs display for cursed auras to include the "curse power" based on number of worn equipment pieces with each curse type (including +2 bonus from Defiling Touch, if applicable).
• "[ZOmnibus] | Tag cursed items in equipment", which adds an extra curse-related keyword to a worn cursed item's listing in the equipment display.

Also adds a tooltip to Defiling Touch's Cursed Aura Selection dialog, showing the effect of each curse if you select it.

Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite.

Places the entrance to the tinker cave from the Embers of Rage DLC (required) on the world map for all characters in the Age of Ascendancy campaign, without requiring that the character be playing a Tinker class or rescue a tinker escort.

Allows Adventurer to take any class evolution prodigy, adds an option to allow any class to take multiple evolutions, and adds an option to remove requirements from prodigies.

Should be compatible with all evolutions from addons and future updates.

Normally prevents you from selecting an evolution for a class that adventurer doesn't get any talents from (any class not possible on random bosses, or stone warden when not playing dwarf/drem), but this restriction is removed if you also have zizzo's addon Slightly More Adventurous or my addon Much More Adventurous.

Allows Adventurer characters to use some talent trees from addon-provided classes that would otherwise be inaccessible.

More specifically: Adventurers typically are allowed to use talent trees for classes added by addons, unless those classes are flagged as not for use on random bosses. This addon bypasses that check, making talent trees from classes so flagged available to Adventurers.

Modifies the Attune Mindstar talent to allow individual control over the nature-vs.-mind attument of your mainhand and offhand wielded mindstars. Also adds a status indicator in the buffs display showing the attunement of your wielded mindstars.

Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for races and classes, allowing characters to be created using locked races and classes. Doesn't actually unlock anything.

Changes the descriptions of the six talents used in making tinkers to show the levels required to make each object. I was sick of looking them up. I'm not sure what's going on with the double-rectangle symbols showing up on newlines in the descriptions, if anyone knows a way to remedy it let me know.

Adds an option to the Online tab that can disable the broadcasting of death messages. Additionally, can suppress death messages for characters under a specific level.

One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor.  The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal.  The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged...  but one Pride remains.  Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom.  The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal.  Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes.

Useful when in late game you interested only in Tier 5 items

There is an option under "Game Setting"->UI->Sort Items by Tier by default
which is if enabled makes sorting by Tier default when opening Inventory
Otherwise click on 'T' to sort items by Tier

Xorns, four armed creatures of earth.

• +4 Strength, +0 Dexterity, +2 Constitution +0 Magic, +0 Willpower, +0 Cunning, 8 Life per level, 100% Experience penalty, -50% heal modifier.

This is a personalized version of Trea’s Xorn Race mod. It doubles the number of ring/glove slots. It also doubles life gain from constitution.

Slightly adjust the random level selection for escort quests to avoid levels with zone bosses.

Mark sustained talents for easy reactivation after being disrupted by an enemy attack. From the Restart Sustains dialog (bound to <alt-shift-s> by default), you can select sustains to be restarted, arranging them in tree order as needed to ensure that certain sustains are activated before others. In addition, if any of these selected sustains is forcibly deactivated by an attacker, you will be notified with a log message and a noticeable particle effect.

Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind.
Lately the number of sightings of horrors have grown tremendously. People wander off the beaten paths only to be found years later, horribly mutated and partly insane, if they are found at all. It is becoming evident something is stirring deep below Maj'Eyal.
That something is you.

Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!

Forbidden Cults makes two new classes available to play:

• Writhing One: Give in to the corrupting forces and turn yourself gradually into an horror, summon horrors to do your bidding, shed your skin and melt your face to assault your foes. With your arm already turned into a tentacle, what creature can stop you?
• Cultist of Entropy: Using its insanity and control of entropic forces to unravel the normal laws of physic this caster class can turn healing into attacks and call upon the forces of the void to reduce its foes to dust.

Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.

Forbidden Cults makes two new races available to play:

• Drem: A corrupt subrace of dwarves, that somehow managed to keep a shred of sanity to not fully devolve into mindless horrors. They can enter a frenzy and even learn to summon horrors.
• Krog: Ogres transformed by the very thing that should kill them. Their powerful attacks can stun their foes and they are so strong they can dual wield any one handed weapons.

Forbidden Cults adds many new zones for you to explore and die in:

• Kroshkkur: An ancient Sher'tul Fortress laying half in ruins that serves as a focal point, and home, for all kinds of creatures seeking lost knowledge.
• The Maggot: A huge living corrupted worm about to destroy Kroshkkur! Teleport inside and save your sanctuary of horrors!
• The Godfeaster: Deep undergroud the ground shakes as ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --
• The Scourge Pits: On the south of the Iron Throne lays a fool pit of ... -- redacted by corrupt forces --

Allows you to choose which escorts you will encounter at the start of the game.
You may change the future encounters in the game menu (Esc).

There is an option to choose a random escort in case you just wanted to guarantee some unlocks before continuing with the base game's behavior.

Note: You're only supposed to be able to choose the lost tinker once. (Must have the Embers of Rage DLC and unlocked by playing in the Orcs campaign)
Note: Unfortunately the only time that addons can get the possible escort types is after the random escort quest is assigned.
This means escorts added by other addons will not be available for selection, but will still be possible to find using the random selection.

ADDON DETAILS: Fork of kvaak's Uncloak of Inconvenience Addon, so only the faction gets changed to Allied Kingdoms, and the rest of the data (including starting inscriptions) is left unchanged. This enables Undead Tinkers in Maj'Eyal campaign to have the correct starting inscriptions.

There is now no Cloak of Deception, existing or needed. Use this instead of the Uncloak of Inconvenience addon.

Version 1.0.1 also makes sure that new undead characters are addressed as human by the NPCs that address you by race. With this addon active, all new characters that have the undead attribute will be addressed as human, even Whitehooves from Embers Races in Maj'Eyal Campaign addon: https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/orcsallraces

BASE GAME AND ADDON NOTE: I have discovered that because the check in the default 1.5.5 ToME game for Zigur patrols and betraying to Zigur doesn't check whether the player is undead, that Undead Tinkers start friendly to Zigur and can betray to Zigur until they get some spells or runes. However, the appearance of the Zigur town IS dependent on not being undead, so it is not possible to become anti-magic. Also, undead in Maj'Eyal campaign properly can't use infusions or nature powers, so that part is working as intended.

So this addon is fine, it's just that the base 1.5.5 game currently doesn't make Zigur hostile and betraying to Zigur impossible merely because you're undead (read: have arcane aura that can be detected by Zigur). It requires you to have spells or runes, which Undead non-tinkers have, but Undead Tinkers only have neutral Steamtech implants or generators.

To properly play an Undead Tinker in Maj'Eyal campaign (with or without addons, as this is the same even with only official game and DLC), I suggest that you do not betray to Zigur and don't use arcane disrupting gear (which should disrupt the normal actions of an undead, but doesn't currently in 1.5.5).

A 'ToME:load' HOOK applies the faction change for the undead player to Allied Kingdoms.

Modifies the Font of Sacrifice from the Forbidden Cults DLC (required), giving it the extra ability to modify wild infusions in the player's inventory. Wild infusions that remove a single type of effect can be changed to another type for 500 gold, or have a second type added for 1000 gold; wild infusions that remove two types of effects can have one of them changed for 500 gold.

Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with.
In the base game, when you hand in ingredients to an alchemist, another alchemist completes one of his remaining elixirs at random.
What this addon does is remove the elixir that you are already helping them with from the possible elixirs to be chosen unless it is their last elixir.

Simply makes Steamsaw Mastery attach to Weapon Mastery talent. Doesn't say so in talent, but you'll see the power rise when you take it if you want to confirm. Lets non-Butchers enjoy Steamsaws.
(you will still need a steam pool to use them! This is not meant to give full an absolute access to steamsaws, simply make them available if you have access to tinkers or steam.)

Modifies the Command Staff talent to work on a staff wielded in the offhand, psionic focus or other non-mainhand slot. If you are wielding multiple staffs, the talent will prompt you to choose one to modify.

Simple addon to request confirmation before linking items into chat.

A collection of small quality-of life tweaks for tinker-using characters in the Embers of Rage DLC. Notable changes:

• New tinker recipe Regeneration Salve.
• In the Create Tinker dialog, place initial focus in the recipes list for ease of keyboard navigation.
• Expand the descriptions of schematics in tinker stores and recipes in the Create Tinker dialog to include more useful information.
• For characters with both a transmogrification chest and an Automated Portable Extractor, the latter will automatically be used for items that yield ingredients when melted, and the former will be used for the rest for fortress energy (controlled by game options "Gameplay | Multiplexed transmogrification" and "Gameplay | Multiplexed transmogrification minimum tier").
• Schematics for tinkers you've already learned can optionally be listed in a different color in stores and in player inventory for easier distinction (controlled by game option "Gameplay | Highlight learned schematics in stores").
