No Celestial energy drain

This addon simply prevents Positive and Negative energy from draining over time. This mostly fixes the annoying issue of having to repeatedly recast spells outside of combat in order to replenish energies, whilst still maintaining the Celestial classes' energy management in combat where it's actually meaningful.

If the game refuses to load while using multiple addons, try renaming the .teaa file to .zip, extracting its contents and placing them in a directory with the same name (game/addons/tome-no-celestial-energy-drain) instead.
