Zephyr

Adds the Zephyr class, an archer that channels air magic through their attacks. Includes 4 new talent categories and does not appear on enemies.
Also reduces the mana costs of Chain Lightning and Thunderstorm strikes, and fixes sustainbug for Feather Wind, Blur Sight, and Tempest.

As in vanilla, all talent icons are from http://game-icons.net/ .

Really like how the starting dungeon emphasizes mobillity.

You can't face the enemies head-on; if you want a hope of winning you have to be teleporting away from them and zapping them with lightning from far-off. Really nice and tactical. However, you should probably make phase door selected by default, or at least tell players that in order to actually win the dungeon they need tot ake phase door.
