Mr Frog VFX Pack
Replaces a number of visual effects with (hopefully) nicer versions. Shader support recommended. Overwrites some talent code in a minimally-invasive manner.
See addon usage in the character's vault.

Some sustained talents panic
Really nice addon pleasing my eyes, but something really panic is all of the five talents in /data/talents.lua (thunderstorm, gloom, etc.) looks weird just like pasting a huge piece of static cloud on the map. Tried to disable all other addons but it doesn't help at all (no addon conflict). I think it's probably a hadware compatibility issue. Maybe I have to manually delete some bugging but really cool stuff while other is still cool.
Fix for old savefiles
If anyone else is having this issue:
-open "tome-mrfrog_vfx.teaa" with winrar
-go to data/talents.lua
-open talents.lua with notepad, delete everything inside it(don't delete the file itself, just leave it empty)
This only removes the broken effects and works if you don't want to restart a character with Pusheen's version
360 degree sprays vfx request-ish
Would you consider updating the 360 degree sprays like acid rune and the blood one with the great visuals you already made for the cones? It would be splendid! :)
Ohhh, what a nice surprise!
Ohhh, what a nice surprise! Seen so far the Invoke Darkness and Gloom gfx and they both look great!
Do you plan to list the changes or we should find them by ourselves? :)
I don't expect ever really
I don't expect ever really keeping a coherent changelog for this one, since I work on it very haphazardly (it's been sitting around being gradually added to for about half a year). It mostly gets worked on whenever I get a cool idea (see: the haze effect for Gloom) or if I run into something while playing that bugs me (see: thaum's wide ice beam which upset me so much it caused me to make new fx for every single beam I could think of except light and lightning).
Fair enough :)
