    With you maxing strength the 17 encumbrance shouldn't even be noticeable - especially sense you really shouldn't bother carrying around kit that isn't egoed, double egoed, greater egoed, or artefactual for sale. And once you do hit your encumbrance cap, just start to drop the lower material leveled items and work your way up. Really, unless you're actually going to use it, you really don't even need haul it out to sell it - gold drops are so high and frequent now that you can live just off of that really.

    Also, the 'suggested build' you say you are using, is that possibly mine - found here - http://te4.org/blogs/finalmaster/2010/12/dwarf/character-builds-1-dwarf-fighter ?

    Well... the final fight was a cakewalk, except I had to restart it twice due to bugs in beta 13. With archmage, you simply "freeze" the blue wizards with Time Prison (Alatar) and Stone Wall (Pallando), phase to the summoning portals, close them all, get rid of the few summons, kill Pallando, kill Alatar, the end...

    Oh and having Aeryn alive really helps... She keeps the wizards busy attacking her while healing and never really losing hps.

    Alright, the Anorithil patch has been submitted to DG and I believe is live on the SVN. Any feedback positive or negative I appreciate hearing.

    Once beta 16 is released I plan to start work once more on Chronomancers though I can't promise when anything will be finished I do feel motivated to get at least a couple more trees done. We'll see where it goes from there.

    I also want to get some Entropic Horrors and Paradox Demons written up but that will require some new talents to get finished (so they won't be in until beta 17.)

    I really didn't want to get the Blood-Runed Athame and Resonating Diamond before talking to the guy in Minas Tirith. My character was supposed to visit every dungeon in the west, find nothing, go to Moria, find the portal there destroyed, then go to Minas Tirith to get the quest to build the return portal. I hope I didn't screw anything up by killing Lithfengel before getting the quest...

    Three cheers for Drupal! I work on this software as my day job, though I'm mostly involved in contributed e-commerce plugins... glad to see you're putting it to good use here. Would be nice for many more indie games to start using it. : D

    Ok, this is too bizarre! I downloaded T-Engine 4 1.0.0 Beta 15b aka 'Speed of Light' version OSX,
    I Install and the info window says that beta15b is now avaliable. Go download it and have some fun! This version should fix the weird bugs of beta 15. You really want to upgrade.What? So the version downloaded isnt the last one? Upright version say 0.9.15 (not with b)! So I'm confused, it says I have 0.9.15 (the old bug version?), that I should go download the new version however the file downloaded from site was "t-engine4-osx-1-1.0.0beta15b". So I'm good to go or not??? Can I play without fear? What a hell! :(

    Not to be an ass, but I've known other authors to grant licenses to games on the basis of their being non-commercial and promoting of the general franchise. While I respect the fears of the C&D, the right way to solve those fears is to ask for the license. The downside is that this is a GPL product, so consultation with a lawyer is probably a good idea.

    Well don't yet nothing in mac to celebrate with you 1 year of new TOME but congratulations for ur work. Also I agree with "leaving" Middle-earth. I see in changelog and thankyou for equilibrium regen and avoid stupid fails (fail eq when was zero is absurd). You removed now "consumables" but already before should have also equi. potions. If mana users could have regen potions like not equib users that had the handicap of not use equ. when in escort and special missions. Finally I hope don't have absurd of have +300 equiibrium in the valley where he help the "ring" guy. BTW Platinium(?) rings already with one stone could be upgraded with the second one instead of need from the scratch. Thx for all

    I think it would be good to limit the number of names to list at a given time. With ME it was no problem because people are already familiar with them, but when I saw Beta14 introduction I was overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with all the new names that fast.

    Optional module means supporting both, this is *HUGE*.

    And this isnt just a reskin of ME, the ME depicted in T4 was a hugely distorted one anyway with mages running wild, magic abound, ...
    This new setting is a high-fantasy setting much more fit for magic & RL stuff, and it's not just a reskin, it is based on a whole history I made and flesshed out by multiple stories, some already available in game, with each race having it's own peculiarities and so on.

    Didn't we fall back on Middle Earth due to threats from the Pern folks back in the day?

    My main issue with the reskinning is that this isn't a full redesign, and so it still feels like tales of middle earth, but with cosmetic changes.
