Game | Tales of Maj'Eyal: Age of Ascendancy 1.0.5 |
Addons | Draconians 1.0.5New race that's primarily nature themed and shares some abilities with the wymics class. Each run has a random flavor based on your dragons heritage. Edit: New version :) You can now choose your dragon type when you pickup an item acquired from the first boss. This process is at least partly configured for: sun paladins wyrmics oozemancers anorithils archmages arcane blades shadowblades solipsists mindslayers doomed alchemists druids Basically you are presented with a simple choice(or multiple choices) and have the option of allowing the game to randomly choose your type(which can include more powerful subclass specific types) Spellsword 1.0.4This addon grew out of an attempt to rework the Arcane Blade base class from the TOME module way back in beta. Previous versions can be found under the "Arcane Blade Rework" addon. I got sufficient positive feedback, and it was a sufficient departure from the original class, that it was decided to split it off to its own class, while letting the Arcane Blade be updated by others. The class revolves around melee spells, utilizing a mixture of stamina and mana require skills. Probably the most unique feature are the elemental stances, only which one of is active at a time, and which are activated by using the basic elemental strikes. Stone Wardens DLC Class 1.0.5Donators/Buyers bonus! Misc objects Addon 1.0.4Adds new objects and weapons into the game, such as 1h staves, common whips and else. Adjustable Exp 1.0.4This addon allows players to adjust the amount of exp they gain per kill via Game Options. The current allowable range is 0% - 1000%, with 100% being the default rate. The range can be expanded if there's demand for it. The adjustment rate will be set to the default of 100% for each new character made, and once set will remain persistent for that specific character. Also, the level cap on gaining exp from lower leveled opponents has been removed for increased flexibility. Please let me know if there are any issues. Ignore Race/Class Locks 1.0.5Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for races and classes, allowing characters to be created using locked races and classes. Doesn't actually unlock anything. Frequently Asked Questions: Arcanum Class Pack 1.0.5Primary Features: Arcanist Features: Elementist Features: Enchanter Features: Archmage Features: Alchemist Features: Extra Dungeons 1.0.5In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.) Current mod features: New Gem Types 1.0.5Minmay's runic golem left me wanting more gems, so I made more gems! There's still a few colors here and there missing, especially at T5 due to the supersaturation of Whites, but it's a decent holdover. Three new lines of gems. Crystal Race! New race based off of the crystals of scintillating caves! Full list of gems on the thread. Marauder Improvements 1.0.4A small addon made with Starkeep's guidance, providing some buffs to bring Marauder more in line with other direct melee combat classes. Current changes: Update: I have no idea but somehow the Release download was broken. I could have sworn it worked at first. Please use Working Version now. Version 2 adds the ability to dual wield any one-handed weapon to level 1 Skullcracker. Dual Staves 1.0.5Although short staves only take one hand to use, they cannot be dual-wielded in 1.0.5. This was mentioned in the forums, and has been fixed for 1.0.6. But I reaaaally want to play a dual staff reaver and I'm impatient, so boom. Addon. This is exactly how staves will work (barring future changes) in 1.0.6. I "borrowed" the code from the ToME git. Probably not compatible with any other staff-related addons, sorry. I'm lazy and use overload functions. Also, friggin' delete it when 1.0.6 comes out. Werebeast Class 1.0.5Add a Werebeast class to the Wilder metaclass. Cursed by Nature to become an avenger against all who harm her. Its a bit Cursed, a bit Wyrmic and a bit Rogue. Contains 6 mostly unique Wild-Curse talent categories. Forum link: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=35100&start=0 Shadow Race 1.0.1"Shadows are magical creatures created by spellcasters to be used as tools to help them achieve their goals. Conveyance Reward 1.0.5This adds the Spell/Conveyance tree as a reward for completing the Tempest Peak questline for Angolwen. All the code is borrowed from DG's own, and thus everything works the same as antimagic characters getting Fungus. Wyrmic Willpower Scaling 1.0.5Adds willpower scaling to all Breath talents, and all Fire Drake talents. The scaling is slightly lower than Strength, so you may see no difference for the first few levels. Midnight 1.0.5Adds two new shadowy Celestial classes. Now with a new starting zone: Save the Sunwall crops from a worm infestation. Currently there are nine new categories. It also grants Sun and Glyphs to Sun Paladin at 1.3 mastery. Items Vault 1.0.1Donators/Buyers bonus! More Taints 1.0.5Power comes at a price, but the price is worth paying... This addon adds more Taints to the game. Taints are Inscriptions powered by corrupt forces. As such, they are arcane so Oozemancers and other Zigur Zealots need not apply. Taintmarks are listed on your character sheet under stats. Current Taints are only a little more rare than normal inscriptions. In v1 they will be much rarer but certain bosses will have a guaranteed Taint drop. List of Taints: Merchant Rerolls 1.0.4This addon adds the ability to 'reroll' a merchant item. More specifically, this allows you to spend 400 gold if you get an item that you don't like, to gain a brand new one. Be warned that once an item is gone, it will forever be gone, and you will never get it back. Trolls 1.0.4Adds Trolls as a player race(two subraces), reworks NPCs a bit. Rare item Egos update 1.0.4This addon improves rare drops (Salmon colored items) by adding a single level appropriate ego to them. (They use the same methods as normal randarts.) This should make rare drops more useful on average (generally slightly better than normal egos) though still less powerful than full randarts. Files affected: mod.class.GameState.lua Wights 1.0.4Adds Wights as playable undead race. The lost city of Vulcus (1.0) 1.0.5The Lost City of Vulcus Some events in history are of such importance and have such wide ranging ramifications that they become fixed points -- junctions in time that must and will happen in order to maintain the integrity of the chronoverse. Lost ages ago, Vulcus was considered by many to be the greatest center of Dwarven learning below the surface. Even up until the fall of Reknor in recent times, however, Dwarven innovation and breakthroughs continued, seemingly by miracle. Fate, however, dictates that one of the greatest untold secrets of the Empire cannot remain hidden forever. Perhaps you will be chosen to take part in this crucial point in history -- to reap the rewards or to suffer the consequences. This addon incorporates a new major event (like the drake cave or fearscape invasion portal) that has a chance to occur (possibly more than once) on each level in various zones (Infinite Dungeon, Spellblaze Scar, Ardhungol, High Peak, Reknor, Shadow Crypt). Within the game, this event is most like a combination of the Lost Merchant and Limmir quests, and is intended to replace those for characters in the I.D. Recommended level 10+ (depending on class). The intended difficulty is slightly higher than the Limmir quest, and there are gradations of success. Participating in the event when it spawns is completely optional and you can do it later if desired. This is possibly the most complex encounter in ToME, with a large number of NPCs, enhanced AI, and various terrain effects. It is compute heavy and will tax slower computers (even with reduced graphics settings). Necromancy+ 1.0.5Features: Spell/Charnel - class category available to Necromancer only. Tweaked Categories: Spell/Advanced Necrotic Minions Spell/Necrotic Minions Spell/Necrosis Spell/Shades Tweaked the talent levels granted by Blighted Summoning. Also adds in a new class called the Spiritmancer: The dead do not always rest easy, even free from fell influences. Categories: Karma Life Giver Ghosts Dawn Justice Druid Class 1.0.5Equipment Tweaks 1.0.4A large set of tweaks for a huge spread of ego equipment. Also includes extra on_hits for fixed artifact gloves, to make them more attractive to Brawlers/those with Flexible Combat. Elemental Woes 1.0.5This addon changes the Elemental Surge and Endless Woes prodigies to have effects for all damage types. Effects for Elemental Surge are: Effects for Endless Woes are: |
