Great idea, Sir Grillkick. Have you thought about compiling a patch against the codebase? I'm sure darkgod would be receptive. (We'll poke him if he isn't.) The "CREDITS" file already lists numerous users providing "texts revisions," so I'm sure you'd be in good hands.
That is normal with addons like this. You'll see the same thing with Keepsake, etc.

Even the latest version shows as incompatible with b42 in my list and I get the red invalidation message when I play.
He was on IRC a couple of weeks ago. Seemed to be in good spirits.

@smithfield - What OS version do you have? It ran mostly ok on my mac, running 10.6, although I can't right-click to remove talents.
I got farther on a Reaver a couple betas back than any other character I've made. This was before the Plague buffs and now it's just getting better?
I guess it's just kind of a bummer that Afflicted are decent with significant drawbacks, while Defiled are spectacular with no drawbacks at all.
Doesn't run on My intel mac. A dialog pops up saying "doesn't run on this type mac." Implying that this is the wrong processor. Mm?

Thanks for fixing the Lua errors when dragging talents around... but now the game hard freezes when I press "m" to open the talent list! (Though it might have something to do with my antivirus, since it seems to think the executable is a malicious program...)

It'd be nice to see common terms/annacronisms/abbreviations that are used in the forum added to the glossory (e.g. SVN). Also the troubleshooting info. A lot of people (including myself) had trouble getting Tome to run on there computer & you have to trawl the forum fairly heavily to find the relevant info.

Is anyone working on a Mac fix? I am running 10.7.4 and also observing problems with numerous missing libraries. Most of them seem to be dependencies of libSDL2-2.0.0.dylib. It would be nice to get this addressed so that I can start enjoying the many new features. Thanks!

Could help if you had some examples of other game trailers you like that you'd want to emulate in style or at least equal in production value.
I use Camstudio for screen recording and VirtualDub for re-encoding. But that wasn't your question exactly :)
Virtualdub is quite powerful, it is able to add effects/filters etc., but I haven't used it in this way much.
