Addons | Knight Evolution for Bulwark-Proofread version 1.7.4Adds a new class evolution for Bulwark, the Knight. - Lance Charge: Charge toward target location and gain speed buff. Damage increases with movement speed. - Knight's vow: Passively increases defensive stats and regenerate stamina on blocking. - Tactical retreat: Retreat and gain movement speed - Hammer and Anvil: Knock back the target, dealing massive damage if the target collides with a wall. Damage increases with movement speed. Knight Training Category - Grand strategy: Gain wild speed on active. - Tower of steel: Gain pin resist and physical damage increase if you wear heavy armor. - Well fitted: Gain defensive stats if you wear heavy armor. - Chivalry: More damage on counterstrike. Original author is koa. Talent descriptions proofread by me. Also cancels the stun and damage on spirit horse being disabled. Even though it's fitting, it's way too debilitating (50% health loss and 5 turn stun) OldRPG Again Part 2 1.7.4Rework of OldRPG for compatibility with 1.7.4, simply fills in holes with the defaults. This does not cover player tiles, use a custom tile if you want to match XP. Original work done by krazycure, daftigod, chrambo, blooo, sevenredreturns, and Sphynx87. Ignore Campaign/Difficulty Locks 1.1.0Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for campaigns and difficulty levels, allowing characters to play campaigns and difficulty levels that you haven't unlocked. Doesn't actually unlock anything. OldRPG Again Part 1 1.7.4Rework of OldRPG for compatibility with 1.7.4, simply fills in holes with the defaults. This does not cover player tiles, use a custom tile if you want to match XP. Original work done by krazycure, daftigod, chrambo, blooo, sevenredreturns, and Sphynx87. Forbidden Cults 1.7.4Official Expansion! Not all adventurers seek fortune, not all that defend the world have good deeds in mind. Forbidden Cults is a big expansion for Tales of Maj'Eyal to let you explore the horrors that lurk beneath the surface, to delve in long lost knowledge and lore and as usual to die a lot!
Both those classes use a new resource called Insanity that gradually makes you both more chaotic and powerful as it fills up.
Possessor Bonus Class 1.7.4Donators/Buyers bonus! Juggernaut Evolution for Bulwark 1.6.7Adds a new class evolution for Bulwark, the Juggernaut. As a Juggernaut, the Bulwark gains the ability to equip shields in the off hand and main hand simultaneously and Weapons Mastery will apply to shields. While equipped with two shields: - You may use Rush while sustaining Last Stand. Planned Evolution 1.7.0A companion piece to Talent Point Planner; adds talent point sources for various class evolutions provided by other addons: Currently supported:
Doctornull's Class Pack Creep Fix 1.7.4A fix for the creep skill not working in the current version 1.7.4 original description: NOTE: use this one instead, not both Contains some new hybrid classes: Ascetic, Blood Mage, Creep, Flenser, Striker, Gravitic Infantry, Storm Warden, Transcendent Fist, Vector, and a few others. Details & discussion here: This revision is mostly about removing incompatible bits which changed between 1.4 and 1.5, so the classes are rather bare at the moment. I'm registering it so I can play online. I'll post when the additional content is ready. Ashes of Urh'Rok 1.7.4Official Expansion! Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. As the barrier between our worlds begins to crack under their scrutiny, helpless Eyalites have begun to disappear, whisked up to serve as their slaves and playthings. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?
Features:
Tinker Tooltips 1.5.5Changes the descriptions of the six talents used in making tinkers to show the levels required to make each object. I was sick of looking them up. I'm not sure what's going on with the double-rectangle symbols showing up on newlines in the descriptions, if anyone knows a way to remedy it let me know. Multi-Class Challenge (Slight Edit by Rae) Arendeth's Fork (Edits by Hellcommander/Arendeth) 1.7.4Ignore Race/Class Locks 1.7.0Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for races and classes, allowing characters to be created using locked races and classes. Doesn't actually unlock anything. Frequently Asked Questions: Embers of Rage 1.7.4Official Expansion! One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal. The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged... but one Pride remains. Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom. The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal. Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes. Features:
ZOmnibus Addon Pack 1.7.4Combines several smaller utility addons, both for convenience and potentially reduced resource usage on smaller machines. Includes the following addons:
A superset of ZOmnibus Lite. Frequently Asked Questions: Bastion 1.5.10A complete rework for Bulwark. Mage Knight 1.7.0Adds the Mage Knight metaclass, and its six sub-classes. Forum discussion thread: http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=48329 Phoenix Knight: Powerful warriors who blast their foes with solar fire while calling healing light upon their allies. Their solar fire attacks will strike as either fire or light damage, whichever will hit their target the hardest, and their potent healing and cleansing abilities make them tough opponents to bring down. Mind Knight: Psionic warriors who strengthen their mental abilities by tapping into their inner magic. Adept at telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation, they are mobile scouts who can quickly get a lay of the land and sow chaos among their foes with physical and mental debilitations, or even outright compulsions. Storm Knight: Swift skirmishers who rely on extreme mobility and powerful lightning magic to strike their foes down and avoid reprisals. Extremely fast and difficult to pin down, they can cast entire enemy units into disarray with their wealth of area attacks. All mage knights can cast while they fight, but experienced storm knights are also able to fight while they move. Earth Knight: The heaviest of infantry, earth knights hammer their foes with physical and natural forces while shielding themselves with the power of the earth. Highly resilient in the face of any attack, earth knights provide a slow and steady offense supported by powerful gemstone shields and the endurance of a living mountain. Sea Knight: Healers first, fighters second, battle mages a somewhat distant third, while sea knights lack the raw offensive power of other mage knights, they make up for it with amazing personal defense and recovery abilities. And though their attacks may be individually weak, like the sea itself, they are able to wear down even the strongest defenses eventually, eroding their opponents away with gradually strengthening spells, making them terrors in a battle of attrition. Mana Knight: Experimenting pioneers who do amazing things with raw magical energy. They have the most conventional magical training of the mage knights, even if they sometimes put it to unconventional use. Their arcane attacks can overwhelm the powers of other spellcasters, and while they lack the scope of power of full-fledged archmages, they are masters of the fundamentals of the various arcane schools. Improved Adventurer 1.7.4Allows adventurers to use talent trees from every classes and races, including those from addons. This addon is designed as a more "addon friendly" alternative to Much more Adventurous. It takes talents directly from the subclass/subrace list so it should : - Bypass race/class compatibility - Take talents trees from NPC only classes/races - Ignore the locks Additionally, "undead/lich", "Cursed/Cursed Aura" and talents from the Fallen Paladin can also be selected. Talents from the Technomancer and the Thaumaturgist dont work without their respective prodigy, so if you want them I recommend this addon : https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/evolve_adven1 It should be compatible with most classes and races from other addons. Items Vault 1.7.6Donators/Buyers bonus! Adventurer Mastery 1.7.2Changes the mastery of the Adventurer's talents to 1.3 and gives it 1 more category point, 2 extra talents points and 2 extra generics. Now, there are quite a few addons that do similar things, however they tend to overwrite the adventurer birth data, making them incompatible with other changes to the class. This addon should be compatible with either : Slightly More Adventurous : - https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/adven_addon - allows adventurer to use talents from classes that don't spawn on randbosses - still checks race/class compatibility so stonewarden talents are only for dwarf and undead cant get wilder talents Much More Adventurous : - temporarily incompatible (use previous version of this addon instead) - https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/every_tree - allows the adventurer to use every talents, including monster only and debug talent trees. - tends to have issues with classes from other addons due to the way it loads their data. Improved Adventurer : - https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/Improved_Adventurer - my own adventurer skill addon. - allows the adventurer to use talents from every race and class, including locked ones and those normaly incompatible with your character. - use this one if you use addons that add new classes/races and want their talents on an adventurer Note : use only one of those three. They are not compatible with eachother Shield Tactics - New Bulwark Talent Category 1.5.10Adds the 'Technique/Shield tactics' talent tree as a new generic category available to Bulwarks. Starts locked at 1.3 mastery, and requires Con. 1)Tempered Will: 2)Relentless Retaliation: 3)Tactical Defense: 4)Reflexive Block: Faster Run/Rest/Explore 1.0.6Important: this addon will have no effect if left unconfigured! Please read the description! Recommended settings:hit escape -> video options
Description:Enables faster run/resting by use of FPS dividers. These dividers simply divide the game's requested FPS by their respective values while resting or running. After starting a new game or loading a saved character, configure this addon by hitting escape -> video options. Setting these dividers to something greater than one can substantially reduce the amount of time required to finish resting/running on older computers. Just be careful when resting on an escort mission... Changelog:See the forum discussion for the changelog. Effective Talent Scaling 1.7.4Changes some talents that use raw levels for no apparent reason to use effective levels instead. Affected talents include: Class: Fallen 1.7.0Fallen has been added to the base game as an evolution for Sun Paladins This addon contains the original version, a base class afflicted/celestial hybrid. Fallen are unlocked alongside Sun Paladins. Please report any bugs on the forum thread. This class is originally inspired by the enemies John and Aluin, Afflicted Sun Paladins. Fallen have a mix of old and new trees. Celestial Combat Celestial Light Bromantic Mod Pack 1.7.6Just a mod pack that i use to train my modding skills. Changes to Archmage, Alchemist, Rogue, Wyrmic, Summoner and Prodigies and some other stuff, all changes can be turned off individually. Credit to Housepet and discord community. PS: Im only publishing so my friend can use it, but feel free to try the changes Ancient-Automated-Teacher PLUS 1.7.4Ancient-Automated-Teacher PLUS! Our AAT(Ancient-Automated-Teacher) provides wider use of tinkering: - Spawn entrance the tinker's master cave without escort quest
- Re-Add hand tinker: 1H Weapon Automaton This addon also support KOREAN Translation!Combat Tinkers for Gloves and Shieids 1.7.0Adds tinker schematics for shields and gloves/gauntlets based on various weapon tinker schematics from the Embers of Rage DLC (required). Currently adds the following schematics:
More tinkers may be added in future versions. Elkan's Infinite Dungeon Tweaks And Zlefin's Fixes 1.7.4Infinite Dungeon challenges occur on every level after the first. Rewards are tweaked to be a little more generous, and character advancement after level 50 does not slow down until after level 1000 instead, this version disbles mirror matches. (From Elkan) Quick Tour of Maj'Eyal 1.7.2Gives you the Quick Tour version of the Age of Ascendency campaign. Similar to Quickband for Angband. Shortens the Majeyal campaign by turning a lot of 3 level dungeons into 1 level dungeons, and 4 level dungeons into 2 level dungeons. Also gives around 2.5x XP & gold to compensate. Dreadfell goes from 9->5 levels, High Peak from 10->4. Adds 2 swap meet vendors to let you roll for extra level-appropriate items. One in Last Hope (Dala), and one in Gates of the Morning (the NPC that gives the Spider quest, after finishing that quest). Adds tab to the Game Options Menu to customize many options: including xp & gold multiplier, swap meet vendor prices & quality, and which levels to cut out of which zones (in nauseating detail). Character progression is intended to match that of regular play. In normal difficulty, you should reach T2 dungeons around lvl 10, the Master around lvl 30, and High Peak around lvl 50. The mod is still in alpha. Let me know of any bugs or balance issues. ---- New version (0.1.0) adds: Randomized mode: in this mode, the addon randomly adds back some of the missing levels so that every run is different. Select "Maj'Eyal: AoA (Random)" campaign at character creation for this mode. This mode will automatically calculate gold & xp multipliers to try to keep your progression balanced (which you can further tweak in the Game Options). Proportionally increased drops from elites & randbosses. Intended to further match progression of normal play. T1 dungeons can be now ransacked by other adventurers. Every time you enter a T1 dungeon, there's a 50% chance, another T1 dungeon is ransacked by other adventurers. You're not the only one looking to make their way in the world. (This feature is intended to force you to move onto T2 without doing all the T1 dungeons so that your starts aren't always going through the same zones. Note if you don't like this feature, you can turn it off in the Game Options.) Superloads: Overloads: Steel Drakes 1.4.0Adds the Steel Drake category for wyrmics, and eventually also adds Steel Drakes. Faster Adventurer Levelup 1.0.5Removes all the unwanted categories from the level up screen so it runs smoothly. More Taints Fixed - Bamboo Edition 1.7.4Fixes an error caused by this mod when trying to curse items. Line 342 of AlterTalents.lua changed to "self:incIncStat(self.STAT_WIL, -2)" Does not require the Original More Taints, but will remove if asked. Original by HousePet, forked by grayaegis to fix curse errors, forked again by mannendake due to taints not actually generating and making descriptions/races more compatible. |
