Addons | Alchemy Woes: Only One Provider 1.4.6Breaking out just the alchemy part of Regalion's mod, and making sure its 1.4.x compatible. Not thoroughly tested yet, but registering so I can just leave it on. This should prevent the other alchemists Deathknight 1.5.5Adds the Deathknight class. See forum thread for details. Enhanced Wield Replace 1.3.0Allows you to choose which item to replace when wielding/wearing equipment if there are multiple possibilities. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. NOTE: If you are using this addon in conjunction with Enhanced Object Compare (directly or via ZOmnibus), be sure to update said addon(s) to at least the 2015-05-16 release (v3b for Enhanced Object Compare, v13d for ZOmnibus), as older versions will have minor interaction problems with this addon. Golem Speed Lock 1.3.0Adds an option to the Sher'Tul fortress butler to spend some fortress energy enhancing your golem to match your movement speed. Frequently Asked Questions: Somebody shut that dog up 1.0.5Removes certain ambient sound effects: Sholtar 1.5.5Sholtar have no racial talents of their own; instead, the four slots can be used to learn talents from defeated enemies (of a high enough rank). In this manner, the Sholtar can improve nearly any class by adding abilities from other calsses, or even talents that are normally exclusive to NPCs. --- The Sholtar were once a great nation, with many vasts cities in the southeastern regions of Maj'Eyal. In spite of the harsh, dry terrain they inhabitied, or perhaps because of it, they were a people of great ingenuity and adaptability. The Cataclysm which tore the world apart centuries ago swept nearly all of the Sholtar lands into the murky depths, and all but erased their people from the face of Eyal. While very few survived, those who did fought for survival with all of the wit and grit that was their birthright. An already adaptable people grew to become even more adaptable through neccessity, and it has become their greatest strength. Sholtar are able to learn abilities by carefully studying others, and, regardless of their class, they can always improve by incorporating the talents of others into thier skill set. More Mastery 1.3.1Increases the mastery value increase to 0.4, and removes the 1 increase limit. Emblazoned 1.3.0Adds additional fire and darkness trees for defiler classes, and the emblazoned class, who uses a mixture of them and Uhr'rok talents. Undead Heritage 1.3.0Makes undead more powerful by allowing them to stack their original racial traits onto themselves. This addon is now DEPRECATED and might cause bugs. Instead, please use the Inferno Race Pack! Tier-1 Short Circuit Option 1.1.0Adds a new game option "Short-circuit some early dungeons" to enable or disable the new b43 behavior of skipping the player directly to the bottom of tier-1 dungeons if you're strong enough. The option will appear under Game Options in the <Esc> menu. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Das Blinkenlights 1.3.0Adds visual feedback to the orbs in the Ruined Dungeon. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Reflected Golem 1.5.0Modifies the Mirror of Reflection, adding the ability to change your golem's appearance. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Frequently Asked Questions: Extra Dungeons 1.5.5In general, this mod is for people (like me) who like to do everything in a game. Visit all the dungeons, kill all the bosses, preferably get all the artifacts. By allowing all characters to visit some more restricted dungeons, we can make that a little easier. This mod is not intended to be lore-friendly, but I may make a lore-friendlier version in the future. (As it stands you can visit Irkkk as a halfling and the Yeek don't care. I may change that.) Current mod features: Faction Allies for Final Fight 1.2.3Allows you to choose one faction ally for the final battle, for added variety. Elemental Woes 1.2.5This addon changes the Elemental Surge and Endless Woes prodigies to have effects for all damage types. Effects for Elemental Surge are: Effects for Endless Woes are: FlexSpec Respec Limitation Relaxer 1.5.5Actually Useful Artifact Steamguns 1.3.0Increase the range of artifact steamguns to at least the range of an ordinary steamgun of the same tier. Frequently Asked Questions: Merchant on the Map 1.1.0Places the Lost Merchant event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter. A companion piece to Melinda on the Map; they can be used together or separately. Exponential Leveling 1.4.8Exponential Leveling is an addon that changes the amount of points (stats, class, ..) and optionally resources (hp/stamina/mana/regen..) you gain upon EACH level up. Being fully configurable, it can also be used to make the game easier as you wish to. THIS DOES NOT DISABLE IN-GAME AND STEAM ACHIEVEMENTS. How to use this addon: - Download and install, of course. Check if the addon is ACTIVATED. If you have another addon that superload/overload player.lua, it might conflict. - Start a New Game. - Under Options > Gameplay, you can enable or disable the addon. This will work from the next levelup. It cannot be used retroactively. - You can also change mode of operating (Default is balanced) and optional modes of operation (Also increase resources, life, etc on levelup) or be left as is. Operating Modes: - Balanced -> Gives extra points in a fair way depending on your difficulty (Nightmare, Insane and Madness) - Extra Points -> Gives many more points than vanilla in any difficulty - Cheatish -> Gives way more points than you'll ever need - Only Life -> Does NOT change how many points you gain on levelup, but provide some extra MAX HP on levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. Optional Modes (These work alongside Operating Modes): - None -> Nothing else than what chosen under Operating Modes - All Resources -> Increase stamina, mana, hate, vim, etc (MAX and regen) upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. - MAX HP -> Increase only MAX HP and not all resources upon levelup. How much per level can be configured under the options. Stacks with Only Life if you want to. POINTS COMPARISON (Example: Cornac Rogue at lv50): STATS | TALENTS | GENERIC | CATEGORY | PRODIGIES | MAX HP | STAMINA VANILLA | 160 | 70 | 49 | 4 | 2 | 958 | 247 BALANCED NIGHTMARE | 181 | 127 | 101 | 9 | 5 | 958 | 247 BALANCED INSANE | 217 | 145 | 119 | 12 | 8 | 958 | 247 BALANCED MADNESS | 269 | 166 | 140 | 20 | 17 | 958 | 247 EXTRA POINTS | 212 | 171 | 150 | 14 | 17 | 958 | 247 CHEATISH | 1140 | 560 | 539 | 102 | 202 | 958 | 247 ONLY LIFE | 160 | 70 | 49 | 4 | 2 | 1252+ | 247 + ALL RESOURCES | - | - | - | - | - | 1252+ | 396+ All resources ALSO gives, by a small amount, resources regeneration like: mana, stamina, vim, positive/negative, hate (per kill, not passively generated), psi and reduces equilibrium (by a small amount) every turn even in combat. Update v4.0.3
More Taints 1.3.0Power comes at a price, but the price is worth paying... This addon adds more Taints to the game. Taints are Inscriptions powered by corrupt forces. As such, they are arcane so Oozemancers and other Zigur Zealots need not apply. Taintmarks are listed on your character sheet under stats. Current Taints are only a little more rare than normal inscriptions. In v1 they will be much rarer but certain bosses will have a guaranteed Taint drop. List of Taints: Demon Seed Details 1.4.6This addon is for all you Demonologists out there. Further modifies demon seed names in your inventory to include details about each seed's mods and stats. No more manually tagging hundreds of seeds! I don't do this LUA/addon stuff too often so please forgive any bugs. Currently, switching invenotry tabs for example will remove the details from the seed names. To fix it just close your inventory and open it again. Logical Alchemists 1.4.6Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with. Lichform Limitbreak 1.4.5Modifies Lichform to account for unusually high talent levels. Melinda on the Map 1.1.0Places the Sect of Kryl-Feijan event on the map as a zone entrance rather than an undetectable encounter. Post Effects fixes 1.5.5The addon improves gamefield view during different post effects Here is details about what been changed: Temporal Warden Tweaks 1.5.0Assorted quality-of-life tweaks for Temporal Wardens. If you know at least one talent in the Chronomancy/Blade Threading or Chronomancy/Bow Threading trees, then:
Faster Run/Rest/Explore 1.0.6Important: this addon will have no effect if left unconfigured! Please read the description! Recommended settings:hit escape -> video options
Description:Enables faster run/resting by use of FPS dividers. These dividers simply divide the game's requested FPS by their respective values while resting or running. After starting a new game or loading a saved character, configure this addon by hitting escape -> video options. Setting these dividers to something greater than one can substantially reduce the amount of time required to finish resting/running on older computers. Just be careful when resting on an escort mission... Changelog:See the forum discussion for the changelog. Midnight 1.5.0Adds two new shadowy Celestial classes. Now with a new starting zone: Save the Sunwall crops from a worm infestation. Currently there are nine new categories. It also grants Sun and Glyphs to Sun Paladin at 1.3 mastery. Possessor Bonus Class 1.5.4Donators/Buyers bonus! Prodigious Progress 1.3.0Include information in certain prodigies' requirement descriptions about how much progress you've made thereto. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack. Items Vault 1.5.0Donators/Buyers bonus! Tinker Stores in Last Hope 1.4.9Adds tinker, steamsaw, steamgun and schematic stores to Last Hope. Big thanks to Razakai's Improved Stores mod for showing me how to create shops, and to Housepet for pretty much writing this addon. Escort Rescheduling 1.3.0Slightly adjust the random level selection for escort quests to avoid levels with zone bosses. Escorts Enhanced 1.3.1Various enhancements to escort quest NPCs: EquipDoll - Clean Item Names 1.5.5Makes clearer view of EuipDoll by replacing item egos list with actual name, and tuning a font a bit Auto-Transmo Gems 1.1.0Adds a new game option "Auto-transmo gems", which will place gemsof the specified tier or lower into the transmogrification chest when initially picked up, as with other items. The option is ignored if you have any talents that consume gems, as a convenience to Alchemists. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Ashes of Urh'Rok 1.5.0Official Expansion! Many in Maj'Eyal have heard of "demons", sadistic creatures who appear seemingly from nowhere, leaving a trail of suffering and destruction whereever they go. Their Fearscape floats far above the skies, watching and waiting, but not idly; their agents scout the land, their legions build up their forces, and their scholars develop new spells and strategies. As the barrier between our worlds begins to crack under their scrutiny, helpless Eyalites have begun to disappear, whisked up to serve as their slaves and playthings. They imbue these victims with magical powers to better survive the ensuing stresses - can you use your new-found abilities to escape the legions of Mal'Rok?
Features:
Nekarcos's Quality of Life 07: Visible Size Categories 1.0.0This is a stand-alone Quality of Life pack that improves some minor things about ToME gameplay.
Store Restocker 1.5.5Embers of Rage 1.5.0Official Expansion! One year has passed since the one the Orcs call the "Scourge from the West" came and single-handedly crushed the Orc Prides of Grushnak, Vor, Gorbat, and Rak'Shor. The Allied Kingdoms, now linked by farportal to their distant, long-lost Sunwall allies, have helped them conquer most of Var'Eyal. The few remnants of the ravaged Prides are caged... but one Pride remains. Kruk Pride, isolated on an island, is the last orcish settlement that stands; they, too, face their impending doom. The Sunwall has blockaded the only exit point from the island, and now, the technologically advanced civilization of Steam Giants have come down from the mountains to take their homeland with machines and weaponry unlike anything else on Eyal. Kruk Pride has reverse-engineered their technology before; their only hope is to do it again and rise up against the Pride's foes. Features:
Ignore Race/Class Locks 1.1.0Modifies the character creation dialog to bypass the lock check for races and classes, allowing characters to be created using locked races and classes. Doesn't actually unlock anything. Frequently Asked Questions: Angelus Errare 1.4.6Increases the chance for special farportal events after winning the game. Eases access to the eidolon plane for roguelike winners. Inventory Keys 1.5.0Some improvements to key handling in the inventory dialog and related dialogs used by the 'd'rop command and various item-using talents:
Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. ¹ Disclaimer: This functionality is actually already present in the main module, if the right subsection of the dialog is focused; we merely arrange for said subsection to have focus when the dialog is initially created and displayed, so that letter selection works without further user action. Tough Melinda 1.5.0This mod give 1000 more hp to Melinda and increase is regeneration of 100 (140 with modificator) Ghoul Buff 1.3.3Tweaks the 1st and 4th Ghoul Racials. 1st for general usefulness, now grants flat damage reduction instead. 4th for general usefulness, now checks your Str+Con against Physical Save, and spawns infinite duration, slowly decaying, ghoul summons. Plenum Tooltip: Enhanced tooltips v 2.7 for ToME 1.5.0 1.5.0Plenum ToolTip: Enhanced tooltip display for ToME version 2.4 for ToME 1.3.0 This addon replaces the normal tooltip for actors in TOME with a more detailed description of monster abilities and characteristics. It adds to the standard tooltip detailed information on speed, main-hand, off-hand, and ranged damage, and damage modifiers and extra crit power, including damage penetration and damage affinities, plus retaliation damage, depending on what options are selected (from a tab in Game Options menu). This makes it much easier to inspect multiple monsters and quickly identify the most threatening. By holding a meta-key (ctrl, alt, or shift) and hovering the mouse over a monster, information on its status immunities and talents is displayed. In addition, information on temporary terrain features (like smoke and darkness) and map effects (from spells and the like) will be displayed in the terrain tooltip if the appropriate options are enabled. Improved Auto-explore and Rest 1.5.5Quality of Life improvements for resting and auto-exploring. v3.5.0 *** FOR ToME v1.6.5 *** It is recommended to turn off Marson's Rest and Auto-Explore as well as C.Lowe's Rest Tweaks if using. This addon is meant to include all of them. Latest Update Notes: Existing Features: Determines how auto-explore and running respond to telepathy, including mouse moves. Regardless of the setting, hostiles seen via telepathy will not halt resting or the Rod of Recall, nor trigger automated talents. Unique or powerful monsters (rank > 3) will always trigger a halt to running when they are spotted via telepathy for any mode except 'Original'. Available modes: • 'Always Viligant' always stops running when a hostile creature is seen via telepathy. • 'Original' is standard ToME auto-explore behavior, which ignores telepathy when running or auto-exploring. • Compatible with ToME v1.6.0 Notes: • Telepathy will not prevent auto-exploring the way normal sight will. If a halt is triggered by telepathy, hitting auto-explore again will move you at least one more square in the direction of the auto-explore path. If in 'Always Viligant' mode and a hostile is within telepathic sight (but not normal sight), you will auto-explore in 1 square per keypress increments. Showing Items Tier in Inventory 1.5.5This addon add a column to inventory which show items Tier and allows sorting to show higher Tier first There is an option under "Game Setting"->UI->Sort Items by Tier by default items which is going to be transmo- and of type scroll (rune,infusion..), tinker or other without Tier specified will be placed at the top of the inventory to avoid occasional transmo of valuables This mod is safe to use without starting new game Bazaar 1.2.5- This addon introduces a new variant of vault, the bazaar, where you don't fight for items, but rather buy (or steal) them. - A central aspect of this addon is a new questline (consisting of 3 follow-up-quests), which introduces the player to the bazaar-system. The questline starts in the Village of Elvala (look out for a special npc - he will lookout for you as well). - I took the idea to this addon from starsapphire (Idea : Markets in dungeons! - http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=42553) ------ Details: ------ (1) Bazaars can appear in most dungeons and outdoor zones, which happen to also generate vaults; chances for regular vault-generation aren't being limited. Bazaars won't appear in the East however - tradesmen haven't made it there yet. (2) Each bazaar contains a shopkeeper and a limited amount of items, which can't be pickuped by normal means (they are chained to the ground). Instead, you either have to pay to be able to pick up such an item - or you try to unchain it (success chances scale with cunning, dexterity and talent points in Heightened Senses and Stealth). Failure to unchain it will trigger a trap which teleports the player (and his party) to a parallel zone ("Mirrorscape"). --> To escape from the Mirrorscape, a special guardian needs to be killed. Alternatively, there are two hidden exit points. The Power of the Guardian scales extremely with the Base-Level of the Zone (Break-Points: Level 20, 30, 50, 70) and the item-quality the trap is based on (unique items are protected by stronger guardians). Killing the guardian allows the player to pick up the item in question. --> Killing the shopkeeper unchains all item in his shop. Shopkeepers are extremely strong, however. (3) Additionally, each shopkeeper has a rare ingredient for sale, and some of them also sell maps, which point to special treasure areas in a variety of zones. To find out about these special goods, chat with the vendor. (Again, treasuremaps point only to zones in the West.) (4)In Elvala starts a questline, which leads to the discovery of a new zone, The Bazaar. Follow-up quests then introduce more in depth to the bazaar system. (5) Most bazaar-vaults will also be generated inside the Infinite Dungeon - most Treasuremaps also work here. (6) From time to time, a caravan will spawn on the overworld map. Encountering a caravan is similar to an "Ambush", however without meeting hostile npcs - instead, two shopkeepers will offer their items. So, How to start? --> Go to Elvala, talk with a nice dwarf! Notable modifications to the core game: - added a new Faction ("Free Traders") Feedback about bugs, improvements, compatibility issues very welcome. Fixed: 24.11. 27.11 1.12 12.12 20.12. - removed an empty event file from the bazaar main zone, as it would trigger an error with the latest ashes update 01.02. A warning: you are trapped inside the mirrorscape until you defeat its guardian or find the exit Mindstar and Staff Combat Access 1.3.1I was irked that Mindslayers need to burn a good chunk of cash to open Mindstar Training, which seems like a Talent track they should have open out of the gate. Same with staff-using mages and Staff Combat. So I figured out how to fix it and did! Conveyance Reward 1.5.5This adds the Spell/Conveyance tree as a reward for completing the Tempest Peak questline for Angolwen. All the code is borrowed from DG's own, and thus everything works the same as antimagic characters getting Fungus. Interface::boost 1.2.5This addon fixes several UI issues. No NPC Aggro 1.0.5Stops npcs going hostile when you accidently hit them with something. Streamlined Early Game 1.5.3Removes the tedium of early-game world map navigation. Choose your Alchemist Elixir quest rewards at character creation, and configure your Rod of Recall to take you directly between pre-Dreadfell points of interest. This add-on does not affect game balance or difficulty. All races and classes with required starting zones must still complete those before they can take advantage of the new Rod of Recall functionality. Auto-use inscriptions when saturated 1.5.5Removes the check from inscription code that causes all inscriptions to only auto-use when a saturation effect is not present. This does not effect the mechanic of saturation, and therefore setting them to auto-use in too many cases can cause high levels of saturation. Use sparingly. Instrinsic Deception - No Cloak Required 1.5.5UPDATE 1.0.2: Fixed issue with escorts not appearing. Fix applies to new characters only. ADDON DETAILS: Fork of kvaak's Uncloak of Inconvenience Addon, so only the faction gets changed to Allied Kingdoms, and the rest of the data (including starting inscriptions) is left unchanged. This enables Undead Tinkers in Maj'Eyal campaign to have the correct starting inscriptions. There is now no Cloak of Deception, existing or needed. Use this instead of the Uncloak of Inconvenience addon. Version 1.0.1 also makes sure that new undead characters are addressed as human by the NPCs that address you by race. With this addon active, all new characters that have the undead attribute will be addressed as human, even Whitehooves from Embers Races in Maj'Eyal Campaign addon: https://te4.org/games/addons/tome/orcsallraces BASE GAME AND ADDON NOTE: I have discovered that because the check in the default 1.5.5 ToME game for Zigur patrols and betraying to Zigur doesn't check whether the player is undead, that Undead Tinkers start friendly to Zigur and can betray to Zigur until they get some spells or runes. However, the appearance of the Zigur town IS dependent on not being undead, so it is not possible to become anti-magic. Also, undead in Maj'Eyal campaign properly can't use infusions or nature powers, so that part is working as intended. So this addon is fine, it's just that the base 1.5.5 game currently doesn't make Zigur hostile and betraying to Zigur impossible merely because you're undead (read: have arcane aura that can be detected by Zigur). It requires you to have spells or runes, which Undead non-tinkers have, but Undead Tinkers only have neutral Steamtech implants or generators. To properly play an Undead Tinker in Maj'Eyal campaign (with or without addons, as this is the same even with only official game and DLC), I suggest that you do not betray to Zigur and don't use arcane disrupting gear (which should disrupt the normal actions of an undead, but doesn't currently in 1.5.5). ADDON PRIORITY (Load order): 1000 These game files are OVERLOADED (replaced with an edited version when the addon is running): So any mod that doesn't touch these overloaded files should be compatible. This function is SUPERLOADED to insert the fake_race and fake_subrace properties (which shouldn't affect anything else apart from making NPCs address you as human): A 'ToME:load' HOOK applies the faction change for the undead player to Allied Kingdoms. Necromancy Compatibility 1.3.1Sneaks in after Necromancy+, Eternal Darkness and Deathknight are done and makes all their stuff coexist. Probably makes Necromancers OP. nsrr's Exotic Weapons 1.4.8Adds more Whips and Tridents to the game. Formerly, this was part of my Naloren Race add-on. Tridents are unchanged, aside from rarity. Credits: I borrowed the whip graphic from grayswandir's Weapon Pack add-on, and bits of code for adding exotics to shops and the rand art merchant from HousePet's Midnight add-on. 'Purists' Breeding Pits Restoration Project 1.2.3Restores the orc breeding pits cut content to the game. This is the original completely unaltered orc breeding pits, just as objectionable as it was in version 1.1.3, before any changes were made. You have been WARNED. Do not complain about the potentially objectionable content. Inventory Sort Order 1.3.0Improves the default sort order of items in the player's inventory. Also available as part of the ZOmnibus Addon Pack and ZOmnibus Lite. Necromancy+ 1.3.1Features: Spell/Charnel - class category available to Necromancer only. Tweaked Categories: Spell/Advanced Necrotic Minions Spell/Necrotic Minions Spell/Necrosis Spell/Shades Tweaked the talent levels granted by Blighted Summoning. Also adds in a new class called the Spiritmancer: The dead do not always rest easy, even free from fell influences. Categories: Karma Life Giver Ghosts Dawn Justice Better Item Description 1.5.5This addon makes items description easier to read and determine on a glance it's usefulness Most important thing to remember it's not recommended to use this mod if you'r new to the game Eternal Darkness 1.5.0Adds many new spells for Necromancer and modifies many existing spells, effects and minions. See thread for full details. Ghouls Dont Breathe 1.3.1This belt removes breathing because it makes you undead but ghouls still breathe?! Howgash! GHOULS DONT BREATHE!! |

Removes (25% chance) up to three stuns, pins, or dazes each turn A large hairy foot, very recognizably a halfling's, is strung on a piece of thick twine. In its decomposed state it's hard to tell how long ago it parted with its owner, but from what look like teeth marks around the ankle you get the impression that it wasn't given willingly. It has been kept somewhat intact with layers of salt and clay, but in spite of this it's clear that nature is beginning to take its toll on the dead flesh. Some say the foot of a halfling brings luck to its bearer - right now the only thing you can be sure of is that it stinks. |
